Mr. Nandkishor Dhoke is a seasoned electrical engineering professional with over 15 years of experience in the electrical and project management sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical Engineering from Nagpur University (2009), an MBA in Project Management (2018), and an Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering Design.
Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong capability in both qualitative and quantitative research, with a proven track record of working across public and private sector organizations. He brings with him extensive management expertise, with key strengths in strategic decision-making, budgeting, prioritization, team development, networking, and fundraising.
He joined Universal Powertech in 2009 with the vision of expanding the company's market presence and enhancing client engagement through his analytical thinking and outstanding interpersonal skills.
In his current role as Managing Director, he oversees internal operations, coordinates high-level meetings and project appointments, and ensures smooth communication between staff, suppliers, and clients. He is also actively involved in the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s operational systems and procedures.
His leadership and dedication continue to drive the company’s growth, innovation, and reputation for excellence in the electrical contracting industry.
Mrs. Deepika Dhoke has completed her Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics from Nagpur University in 2011. She possesses strong expertise in MEP designs, Project Management Consultancy (PMC), and the execution of industrial, commercial, and residential projects.
She joined Universal Powertech in 2019 with the mission to support the company’s growth and help it reach its full potential. With an overall experience of 5 years, she brings valuable technical knowledge and leadership to the organization.
